Approval to advertise Phase I of this Capital Project known as the Southeast Drainage Improvements Project. Phase II has already been addressed. This project is planned to be funded entirely through loans from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program and the State DEP approved the City to apply for an award of SRF loan financing for this project in August 2011 for a total amount of $7,376,382.00 (SRF Project #SW01620).

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approves resolution to proceed with the bidding of the SE Drainage Improvements Phase I Project, under the terms and conditions therein and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
